My chest twinges with a deep pull, followed by massive change in heart beat!!!!!help!!

Hi, my name is Matthew. I’ve been suffering from chest pain for almost 4 months now but now and again I get crazy discomfort in my heart area but it feels deep within the chest where kind of a muscle is pulling and squeezing almost spasm sensations followed by my rate going up to around 150ppm for around 4-5 minutes while being not able to catch my breath. I’ve had an ecg but nothing has come back. Please help as it’s ruining my life and I’m really frightened and my gp doesn’t seem to be bothered because I’m 24

    Please help or share similar experiences as I’m so scared. My heart feels so weak I’m constantly checking it. When I start to drift asleep sometimes it will twinge me till I shoot up out of bed. I’ve had no sleep in days with worry but cause I’ve been A&E a few times I’m worried they’ll say I’m fine with only blood tests and an ecg. But what about something else like a artery spasm or tachycardia
