My cure

I had to get rid of any product with Keratin in it.

I threw out over 24 products with Keratin in each one. Shampoo, conditioners, hand and body lotions, soaps, hair dye, even mascara.

I finally saw an improvement after 2 months. Now 6 months later most of my spots have diminished, some completely. I read the labels on every product that I eat or put on my body. I'm a 52 yr old healthy female with no known allergies.

I only figured this out after switching hair color and tried using a new product (Madison Reed hair color). My physician's assistant looked up the ingredients and she said, That's it...it's got to be the Keratin. And for me, getting rid of all Keratin has been my "cure."

I really hope this info can help the next person struggling with finding a cure.

Thank you for this.  I had a Cortisone shot in my shoulder two weeks ago and mine is gone! Not sure this is permanent, but if it returns I will truly try the Karetin suggestion

I have had GA since 2003.
