my daughter has been diagnosed with a rare form of skin disease that effects women genitals she has been told its in the late stages all they can offer her is steroid cream which means her genitals could fuse together or disapear altogether she is only 23 she says she whishes she was dead rather than have this has any one got any advice

Do you mean your daughter has been diagnosed with "Lichen Sclerosus?" If that's the case, tell her to get on here and start a dialogue with the ladies on this site (some guys too). It's not a death sentence but she has to get a handle on it right away. Best of luck to you both. Keep supporting her. Pat.
