My daughter has just recently found out she is expecting mo mo twins. Never heard of it this before

My daughter found out 8 weeks ago shes having mo mo twins. Rare and risky. well now im extreamly worried. she has been bleeeding from her bottom when she opens bowels and also burping loads. I mean loads. she has been in so much pain and today she went to the hospital as she cant eat as its gives her stomach pain. they have said her Hb is low and Bp. they have scanned her and the mo mos are ok. they have booked her in for an endoscopy on tuesday ? and she cant have sedation due to being pregant. . im so worried about her. any advice please ?
