my daughter has varucae and has had them for a couple of months. I had heard that eventually the body makes its own antibodies to fight the virus, however i think this may take about 18 months, as i had untreat warts on my fingers when i was little and they lasted about this long, but i did put dandelion milk on them and this helped. (snap up the roots of a dandelion and the stem will bleed a sticky white fluid- this is the milk, which helps get rid of warts.) Back to the verucae, i have researched on the internet before buying a product and have heard several home remedies which i shall try before buying a product which may be harmful to surrounding skin. 1. Banana skin taped to foot overnight (not sure which side, will try both) 2. Tea tree oil azpplied for about 2 weeks and finally 3. duct tape, it is currently being tested (apparantly) for its effectiveness at treating verrucae/warts. Shall get back to you with results. Wish me luck.

I have a cluster of verucaes on the ball of my foot which i have had for years. A friend of mine suggested using banana skins as her daughter got rid of verucaes this way. I have been taping (the underside of the skin) to my foot for a week now (very attractive!) and it does actually seem to be working so fingers crossed. Good luck!
