My doctor said my VNG/ENG and hearing test are both normal, but something still doesn't feel right?

Recently, I did both of these tests because I have been going through dizziness/vertigo and a ringing/roaring sound in my right ear and each came out normal. The ENT said I don't need an MRI, but the last option is seeing a neurologist "for completeness". I would like to, but my mom doesn't think I need it, although, something just feels off. I am a healthy teenager and it feels weird that this is happening to me, so I can't just brush it off my shoulder. The ENT said that my symptoms are not too concerning especially since I never mentioned any pain, but she never asked. I did not think that these were associated but occasionally I will get this sharp aching pain on my right side of my head (the same side my ear has been bothering me). The only thing she is kind of considering is Ménière's disease, but she doesn't think there is enough evidence to conclude it is it.

I have no idea what to do but I don't trust what is going on. Should I ask to see a neurologist still? My pain is not at all consistent, the dizziness and ringing/roaring aren't associated with each other... I don't know.

To feel some clarity I would like an MRI or to at least just first see the neurologist yet this could maybe be something that will simply pass? The last thing my ENT said to do was try to have a low sodium diet and check back in with her in a year if nothing changes.

What should I do?
