My doctors aren’t helping me at all, what should I do?

Hi everyone, I’m hoping you can all help me! A few months ago I went to the doctors with prolonged periods. The consistency of them had changed and I was in a lot of pain. They did an ultrasound and came to the conclusion it was “probably pcos”. They’ve not helped me since, I keep going back asking for help and I’m getting nothing. I asked for a blood test to look at my hormones and they’re telling me no. I feel lost and I’m sick of feeling like this now! What should I do? Who can I go to that will help? My periods have become more painful, they’re bright red and sticky in consistency, almost like egg whites! I’m so worried! Thank you in advance x

Typo got on iud mirena I use my microphone so the words came out exactly what I said but yes we did the last oil change if you want to have a baby there always that they can fix the infertility but other than that we will deal with the PCOS until the doctors figure out and figure out why we even get it
