My left ear is clicking for about a week now. It kinda sounds like water droplets. It's not constant or maybe I'm not able to hear it all the time I dunno. I told my neurologist about it as I have some muscle symptoms. Should I see a doctor about this?

You already saw a doctor. What did he say to you ?... Have you been suffering this noise for a long if time ir it's just recent ??
