My ECHOCARDIOGRAM result shows reversed E/A ratio of 0.7 is that normal ?

I am 22 years old and recently been diagnosed with OCD, Health Anxiety and Panic disorder. I was worried i had heart issues so i got a Private Echocardiogram done as my doctor wasn't willing to prescribe it telling me its just Anxiety. I got the test results the Technician and the report doesn't conclude anything unusual. My doctor and another heart specialist saw the report and told me its ok and i should focus of the EF which is 64 percent and normal and not focus on the E/A ratio. Although where ever i search online i find that an E/a ratio of 0.7 is reversed and is a sign of diastolic dysfunction. I have been worried as the doctors didn't gave me proper reason why my Ratio is reversed. My E/É ratio is 4 and other values are in normal ranges except for the filling volume in E and A

Seems normal to me, 0.7 is not a big number. You said everything else is normal. I think the results came back in your favour.
