Hi all,
Just a quick post to see if anyone can help.I am due to get my work pension at 55 can my ex wife be entitled to any of it ??.We have been divorced for 22 years and i am remarried.

You need a legal forum not a health one but after 22 years I cannot see that she would have any claim.
