my eyes seem damaged after my first panic attack

I have had anxiety about 2 month now and it all kicked off when I had a panic attack the thing I can't get my head across is my eyes I have had the like snow static vision the next day I woke up after my panic attack it's made me feel worse I can see it best when I look at the sky it's like lodes of small tiny tiny white bits hundreds of them also my eyes are very very sensitive towards light now if I look at a light for even a second it will be in my vison for a few seconds if I look longer I will see a black or like a ball on fire moving around for about 5 minutes it can freak my out I went to have them looked after two weeks they said I was short sited so I ware glasses now but the blur is still there and my eyes are the same why too light

My eyes are sensitive to light too. Also could you be diabetic or have high blood pressure that can affect your eyes also

No one seems to understand what I mean. My eyes don't like days where the sky is grey, it seems very bright to me and like you when I look up its static.
It's got better over time but as my anxiety is high that gets worse.
I also see light after I've looked st it in my vision for a few seconds

This sounds similar to 'eye floaters' - a common symptom of anxiety. They're usually harmless, but do get it checked out just in case.
