My feet hurt :( ...,.

Hi everyone, I have been having problems with both my feet for quite some time now .. It's like under the arch pain. If I walk some distance or stand for a long time have bad pain in my heels and toes ... On my right foot I get that plus the vein on top of my foot hurts , plus under my toes ... I have awkward feet to begin with as I have a high instep.. Getting shoes are horrendous . I am on the waiting list (got put on the list in May ) to see a podiatrist . I hope this time they can help , cos last time they were useless and said basically loose weight , he wouldn't recommend any insoles or what not and he couldn't recommend anywhere to buy shoes from .

    I got good insoles from ebay, they re gel insoles 

    also try new balance or diadora running shoes ,jd sports are quite reasonable on price

    Thanks for your reply .. I really need shoes for interviews . The shoes I have are extremely tight so not sure if I can fit any insole in them ...

    Try half insoles.  I suffered with plantar fasciitis for many years about 5 years ago, I now have no arches in my feet but I use half insoles which I notice fit almost all shoes obviously apart from open ones but they also fit my heels for work & my converse. Scholl ones are a good make they are blue.
