My foreskin sticks to the glans

Hello everyone,

I'm a 30 years old man from the EU. I've got this problem for a while and I don't know what it is.

So my foreskin sticks to my glans regularly. I can pull back my foreskin easily despite this problem. My foreskin isn't tight so it's not because of this. It's something else.

There is no pain, red spots, discharge, nothing. I can have sex with my partner easily and we really enjoy it.

Sometimes my foreskin leaves dead body skin on the surface of my glans (because it sticks to it).

If I pull back my foreskin, the surface of the glans feels like sticky (Honestly I don't know how to describe it. The tip of my finger can stick to it).

If I keep my foreskin (pulling back) in that position for like 30 seconds, the surface becomes dry and normal. It is so weird and honestly it's just killing me..

Do you know guys what it is? Doctors? What is going on with me?

Any help are much appreciated.

English is my second language but I hope you get my point.
