Hi, my friend really needs help. She's only 34 and she takes meds as a granny. Can we do anything?

My granny doesnt take much meds. Old age has that affect on the body. This is why its important to look after health younger and be dedicated to the tasks at hand. Its not too late to be healthy and work out.
