Diseases:

Bronchial asthma

Hypertension

Insulin resistance (?)

Deep vein varicose vein 1 leg

Allergies - cat's saliva, tree pollen (e.g. birch), some nuts and fruits (e.g. apples, pineapples, peaches), metals (nickel, chrome, palladium and probably something else, if I find it, I'll add it), xanthan gum, latex, some substances used in adhesives etc.

Hay fever often, despite medication

Frequent sinusitis (severe course)

Lumbar disscopy, radiating to both legs

Depression (episodic, currently moderate episode + anxiety, neurosis)

Hypothyroidism in the course of Hashimoto (reportedly), small nodules on the thyroid (reportedly no need to cut out)

Often a high CRP score, despite the absence of the current disease

Periodically migraines with aura

Atopic dermatitis, periodically severe course (currently 2 months of wounds and blisters on the hands despite medication), periodically allergy to own sweat - rash

For a long time there has been a lack of energy, sleepiness, tiredness, lack of motivation, dyspnea, sleep problems (waking up after a few hours), chest compression.

Have you ever seen anything like that in such a young person? For me it's a matrix. Please, help if you can. She doesn't speak English very well and our Polish health care really sucks.
