My GERD symptoms : chest pain, heart palpitations, excessive salivation and regurgitation

i started feeling a pain and presssure in my chest for the last month to the point ive been to A&E 3 times because it feels like im having a heart attack but my ECG and bloods all came back fine each time and they put it down to panic attacks. I then started to get excessive salivation, always needs to clear my throat (bring up phelgm) constant regurgitation whether I eat or drink. whenever i eat or drink i feel like the pressure in my chest gets worse. I sometimes feel shaky and the temples of my head hurt and I get dizzy/lightheaded. The last 4 days my sleep has been horrendous despite sleeping elevated. Ive changed my diet and hoping it works. my doctors prescribed me 20mg of omezprazole but its not doing anything. Does anyone else experience this? i'm in CBT now as it has made my health anxiety very bad. For context im 26 years old so it shouldnt be heart issue right if my bloods and ECG have come back fine 3 times?
