My girlfriend got diagnosed with HPV

Hello,

So yesterday my girlfriend called me and she said that she got diagnosed with HPV. Her gynecologist told her that I wasn't faithful to her so she started asking me if I have had sex with other girls at the time that we broke up or while in relationship. So finally she believed me that I haven't had any sex with other girls other than her. She was my first and I was her first(and I asure you we still are) so we cannot explain the HPV diagnosis.

Any thoughts?

    if you have this virus it can stay dormant in you for years and you don't know so maybe she has slept with someone before and it's just showing now

      Well as I said we are each other's first one and still remain for sure. Is it possible to have the virus before even the virginity so on our first time it got transmitted ?

      yeah i wanna know other peoples opinions !!! bc me and my EX bf were eachothers first but i got chlamydia some how and i never slept with anyone but him. he probably cheated but i want to hear more insight on what you all think lol
