My head feels funny for days now

Hello, I just created a profile to ask if maybe someone had the same or similar experience as I have now because I am truly scared.

I am a woman, 21, writing just in case.

So, on Sunday evening I got really anxious about some personal things. After a couple of minutes I got that kind of funny feeling, similar to when a little alcohol kicks in and I got all dizzy and lost a little balance. I didn't drank any alcohol, but I thought that I took too much anti-stress pills and just went to sleep. The next day, as I woke up, everything seemed to be okay, but at lunch I have gotten weird sensation, like pressure in head with no pain (no headache). Sometimes I got stabbing pains that last for a second, but it's just a couple of them. After I go to sleep it seems to be back to normal and when I wake up everything starts all over. I thought that maybe I got that weird feeling because of cold, as it was very windy or because I was very fatigued and stressed these days. I also thought maybe it is from a second vaccine dose, as my friend got dizzy, but I don't think it would last for days. I tried to search up for symptoms, but none of illnesses or something like that match, so I just came here. Overall, the symptoms: weird feeling in head, some dizziness when moving head, no headache, some sudden sharp pains that last a second, sleepiness, eye pressure.

Thanks for answers just in case!
