My head is spinnig , does anyone have an explanation?

Posted , 2 users are following.

I was diagnosed with hsv 2 one year ago and the time between 1st and 2nd outbreak is 6 months, however 3rd and 4th outbreaks were 3 days after healing.

Does any one experience the same frequency?

What do u do to prevent these frequent outbreaks?

What causes outbreaks to come back so fast?

    Hi!

Not sure if your f/m but I have noticed that hormones do have a huge role in my ob's.

Obviously (as well-known for cold sores) stress can also have a big impact on outbreaks, as well as other things that impact your immune system (sleep, illness, allergies, etc).

I have had a similar experience with ob's so close together, but I honestly think it was just one larger OB. And it is normal for sores to pop up days apart.

I have not been able to slow my ob's (I try to go without valtrex) and my friend had a similar experience with hsv1 on her mouth. There's just so much stuff behind what causes ob's!

Thanks a lot for ur reply

Btw I am a male, I have been suffering from anxiety for six months and barely I can sleep 5 hr/day but not sucessive, also work stress has increased in the past few months due to the impact of covid and I was about to lose my job due to downsizing which gave me a severe episode of IBS.

Do u believe above conditions triggered my frequent outbreaks?

Yes! That can all trigger herpes. I have friends who would get cold sores anytime they cried, because stress has a huge impact on our immune system, which triggers herpes.

Honestly, just look at your outbreak as a good thing, a reminder that you need to work to control your stress/anxiety. It's obviously a difficult time, but eat healthy and manage your mental health as best as you can...don't worry about the outbreaks too much, your body will learn how to control them once its not so stressed.
