My health anxiety is so bad, how can I overcome it?

I'm dealing with a stomach bug for about three days now and my health anxiety is making me think negative thoughts on that the symptoms wont go away and that I might have to go to the ER or call my doctor about my concerns. I barely get sick from anything. My parents had the same symptoms and it seems like now I ended up with it too, but for three days now. My symptoms seem mild, stomach cramps and pain, but tolerable, no vomiting, just major diarrhea and I can't keep food down, I'm worried on what I could possibly eat then for now and I also feel depressed on missing my workouts as part of my daily lifestyle, I'm already fit, but I like to keep my weight maintained. Should I skip my workouts until I feel better and what are some advices I can do to recover quickly? I feel so miserable and fatigue from all the stress.

if i were feeling that way id probably wait on the workouts until your feeling better or at least just do them very light. maybe even some sort of yoga? also don't beat yourself up for feeling the way you do, its normal to feel like that. since it has been 3 days id probably give your doctor a call just to see what they say ya know? it cant hurt. just stick to soft foods for now since you cant keep other foods down. id stick with some soup, things like that. also kambucha is a really good drink for when youre sick. hope that helped a little
