My heart feels weak and stressing out

Hi, I'm 20 years old and this really strange thing happened to my heart a week a go, it as though my heart has a feeling that it has weakened. I can still feel the heart when I touch the chest, but I can't feel the heart itself. Its as though I've lost feeling in my heart and I'm worried if the feeling will come back. It also feels kinda stiff at times and i can't feel blood going through it. I've also had some indigestion for the past couple of days and I lost my appetite, and it comes and goes. Not only that but there's also this weird swelling sensation in my ribs and it feels deep inside. I'm so scared, will the feeling in my heart come back, it feels as though it just went numb and I can barley feel the heart itself.

I know exactly how you feel, im going through the exact same symptoms but with me its my chest and breath. I feel like my chest is frozen, i have difficulty taking a deep breath, my chest feels super tight at times, i cant feel my chest at times. Is more of a sensation than feel if that makes any sense. Ive been seen by a cardiologist, had X-rays done, stress test, blood test all clear. Calming down seems to help. I know the feeling is horrible. It has also spread to my neck and other bodily parts. At one point i could not feel my pee coming out. Yes its super scary but im still here. Ive had this for about 8 weeks now. Anxiety is a horrible sickness.  Stay strong, do meditation and breathing exercises, stay calm and dont panic. Youre not alone, tons of us are suffering and going through this.

Do you also have the same feeling in the heart as well?

Im not sure, its hard to tell. But what u have to think about is that if your heart wasnt beating you wouldn't be alive. Its just the sensation, its the anxiety.  Go to the dr just to get checked and for peace of mind!

Sounds like you need to manage the anxiety. What really helps me is listening to meditations on YouTube for anxiety. They completely calm down my mind and body! There are so many to choose from and I do them a couple times a day. Many times my symptoms will diminish or completely  disappear. Just go to YouTube and search for

" mindfulness meditation for relaxation" this is a really good one to start with. For breathing, you can search for " mindful breathing meditation" it's important to learn the proper breathing technique when you're having anxiety.

do an experiment. Listen to these meditations a couple times a day for 3 to 5 days and see if it helps calm you down.

anxiety creates all kinds of symptoms including tingling, numbness, etc. your heart will be fine.

I think what you are doing is overthinking everything and thinking worst-case and Scenario. when we overthink, or symptoms can actually get worse. There is another great meditation called detachment from overthinking. Listen to that one also.

once you get a handle on this you will feel so much better! And remember, any symptoms related to anxiety cannot hurt you! They are scary and feel weird but that's all they can do. 😄

Could it be your blood pressure or  your heartbeat is very low? I remember this time I was laying down and I felt my heartbeat stop but I was still alive. It just stopped for a second it was weird. You should definitely check that out with your GP. Best of Luck🙌

It's impossible to make a prediction that something will go wrong with your heart. Just try to look after it the best you can. What will be will be. Good luck at life. Maybe try a sky dive and if your hearts still working afterwards it must be perfect.
