my heart has problem according to the exam results?

I have chest pain for 3 month. I have heart exam

NM Myocardial Perfusion.

Here is the result:

LV FUNCTION FINDINGS AND INTERPRETATION:

Ejection Fraction : 73%

ED Volume / Index : 80 ml / 39 ml/m2

ES Volume / Index : 22 ml / 10.7 ml/m2

Cardiac Output / CI : 4.6 L/min / 2.3 L/min/m2

LV Mass : 125 grams

My doctor said EF 73% is great. But he would not like to talk about my CI 2.3L/min/m2, the normal range is 2.5L/min/m2 to 4.0L/min/m2, and my ED index 39ml/m2, like 70-80 old man. But I just over 50.

Does anyone can help me?
