My heart rate is very high, should I be concerned?

I'm 19 years old, and am a keen long distance runner, cyclist, part of a triathlon club, and active everyday. I'd like to consider myself as above average in terms of fitness. However my heart rate as shown on my running watch shows me at 75-85bpm resting and can get over 200bpm when I'm doing sport. Not even when it is intense running, a simple short, slower run can see me get over 190bpm easily. I know sometimes watches can't be accurate so I checked manually by counting my resting heart rate straight after waking up and it was at 78bpm. I then checked on a blood pressure monitor later that day and that had me at 85bpm.

I would've expected myself to be a lot lower considering the amount of exercise i do. Is this something to be concerned about?

Anything up to 100 is considered normal Billy, do not place too much emphasis on your tracker. Mine keeps showing 94/95 for oxygen, when I went to hospital for an op it was 99. Trackers are more a guide and to keep us motivated, they are not perfect, please do not worry.
