This is the second time i measure my heartbeats in a week; the first was 92 and today 91. What is the cause? I know this is within the range, but what if smthng is wrong? Or is there exercises or smthng to make it less?

Yes a normal resting hr is 60 to 100 bpm. Is 90 when your just sitting down or standing in one spot not moving? If overweight yes people can have a higher hr or if you smoke. But other things can also contribute to a faster hr. When your laying down for about 15 minutes just resting take it and see what it's at. If it's still high then maybe you should see the doctor about it.

60-90 is a normal heart rate. Cardio will help it decrease
