hi there i had my last year and he removed 2 of them . take it easy ok. i was walking the next day and eatting alot of fruit water and juices. and i was pooping alot the next day but when i did poop i wash my but with warm water and just standing there and letting the water hit it really help alot. with in 4 weeks i was getting great with in 6 weeks i was back too running again. a year later i,m doing super and great. but after the surgry i ask my doctoris it true now that i,ma pain in the butt now he said no your just sore. the surgry took 20 minutes. i had a big breakfast 3 hours later. and it felt so good, that night i slep like a baby

From experience, i think youll need longer at home. i took 11 days off and went back to half days for another two weeks. i was unable to take my narcotic pain meds and found alternating ibuprofen with tylenol every three hours worked best. getting back to a normal pooping routine also helped me, so i took miralax at night to induce a movement the next morning. i was back to full tome work (teaching) after six weeks. this surgery is no joke! its been a year thoigh and im still glad i did it

youll probably need to play around with the dose and what time of day works best for you. you definitely do not want any sort of hard poo coming out of you after surgery.

In New York if you were to get fired for having a operation, the worst attorney will get you a million bucks, forget if you had a good attorney, your whole bloodline would be comfortable for 100 years....
