My Herpes is debilitating

I recently contracted HSV 2 with a guy I had been seeing for a little over a month. I am in the middle of my first outbreak and it is the worst thing I've ever been through in my life. Sitting hurts, walking is excruciating, I haven't been working for almost a week now and am worried I'll have to take even more time off. The guy I was seeing broke it off with me and I live far away from my parents so I'm pretty much going through this all alone. I don't know what to do anymore about my pain, I literally can't even move without pain.

I know how painful and excruciating it is. You can be rest assured your first outbreak will be by far the most painful of them all. After your body will build antibodies to fight off the virus and they won’t be as bad. I know it feels like it’s never going to go away because that’s how I felt. Mine lasted 3 weeks, and nothing I did seemed to help I was so miserable. I highly recommend warm Epsom salt baths, peeing in the shower so the lesions heal and don’t sting. I was pudding a lidocaine cream and it seemed to help the pain but then made the lesions too wet to heal. If your lesions are still exposed try bentonite clay mixed with coconut oil and a dash of tree tree before you go to bed, it will dry it out over night. You will get through this and it will get better. I highly suggest you find someone to talk to, I thankfully had the support of my mom and close friends otherwise it would be so hard to get through. I’m available to talk to privately if you’d like someone to talk to... I spoke with someone that had it and she made me feel so much better and hopeful.

I've been doing the epsom salt baths yesterday and today and that helped sooo much. I'm also trying coconut oil and tea tree oil tonight, so hopefully that helps and doesn't make it worse! thank you so much for your reply <3

thank you sooo much for this, honestly it brought me to tears. i am doing SO. MUCH. BETTER. today! yesterday and the day before were my worst days, so i think I'm on the mend now. i soaked in the bath 3 times yesterday and did the same today and that really helped a lot. I'm on valacyclovir but didn't get it until i was already in the middle of my outbreak so i think thats why it took awhile to get ahold of it. also, I've never had a cold sore in my life, so I'm wondering if thats why its hitting me so hard. tonight I'm going to try putting coconut oil mixed with tea tree oil on my sores to see if that will speed up the healing!

my trigger is CAFFINE (Coffee, tea, pepsi, colored carbonated drinks, energy drinks, chocolates, smoking and anything having caffine).. when i dont take any caffine at all, there is no outbreak... as soon as i take caffine in any form i suffer outbreak... only other way to protect OB is take oral tablet Acylex daily...
Now i got this permanent solution, no caffine no OB...
Note: please when you leave caffine, give your body two weeks and let any ongoing outbreak to finish, thereafter you can expect this remedy to work... and dont take caffine for a month or two before you come to conclusion that this dont work in your case...
i am telling you people this out of sincerity and i know the misery of this and i dont want others to suffer the way i have suffered....
Regards..
