my husband was just diagnosed with prostate cancer. Gleason score 7, PSA 5.9. Biopsy showed only cancer on the right side. Bone scan was Negative but CT showed 1 paraaortic lymph node was enlarged 2cm. Has anyone ever had this before? how are you doing how and what treatment did you choose?

The first question that comes to mind is whether his core of "7" was 3+4 or 4+3?
