My inner ear kind of block and am feeling dizzy and unbalance

Pls my inner ear is kind on block and am feling dizzy and unbalance please what is th cause and how can I cure it.

    It could be an inner ear or a middle ear problem.  The only way to clarify this is to see ENT.

    Agree. ENT to rule out infection at least. I had a swollen ear drum once. Felt just like my ear was plugged up. Couldn't hear .

    It could be BPPV, Epley maneuver helps me immediately.  A neurologist is able to diagnose.

      Neurotologist is your best bet. Neurologist deals with brain. Neurotologist deals specifically with the connections to the brain from your vestibular system. Neurologist will go mainly on the test results ordered by a ENT in most cases. Neurotologist will run more tests to identify other problems you may have. I went to a neurologist. He told me there's nothing wrong with your brain. I am a brain doc. Said he " thought " it was bppv. He was WRONG. Neurotologist did more tests said without a doubt it's menieres. 100%positive.

    Sometimes allergies causes mine. I tale claritin and flonase and afrin and sometimes that opens up my ear and other symptoms
