My jaw clicked and now it doesn't feel right. I'm concerned?

Hi all, I was walking my dogs and my jaw clicked and I felt a sharp pain. I'm scared to move my mouth to the side now because when I do, it hurts and doesn't feel stable. I feel some pressure on the left side of my face and on my left ear. I didn't seem to do anything to cause it to click so I don't know what happened. Anyone know what I can do? I'm getting worked up about it as it just doesn't feel right. Thanks
