If it is giving concern, then I'd go back and see your doctor. It may be nothing to worry about, you might have pulled something unnoticed when exercising, but always best to rule out any problems. Good luck.

Hi I had knee replacement August 23rd 2017 and now back to work which is a very heavy work situation.. I went back last week after an intense work conditioning of 6 weeks 4 hours a day then went to work in the office for another 4hours a day . I was exhausted evey day . Then went back to work full duty driving a truck making 40 deliveries a day walking about 15 to 20 thousand stepsa day. Even after all that therapy my whole body is sore . My best answer for you is to Iceland elevate daily . When sleeping put a pillow between your legs and hopefully this will help .i hope you feel better soon

Hi I had my TKR in September I started getting nerve pain a couple of months ago. The pain seemed to come from the bottom of the hamstring but radiated to the calf. I saw my GP and she started me on amitriptyline 10mg and it worked a treat. My consultant advised me to stretch the muscles around the knee joint which he said should help eliminate nerve pain in the future. I've only had one night where I forgot to take the amitriptyline and it was awful, I didn't sleep a wink x

I was wondering if you are using the weight machines at the gym? I was thinking if you use too much weight with the exercise that it could cause pain. I would tell your doctor what exercises that you have been doing and see if the doctor could check out your knee. See if you need an X-Ray. Make sure that everything is still in alignment.

    Hi Wilma, I am 68

TKR op 2014 with op operative infection. Pain YES. Stiffness. YES every morning. Medication Tramadol 25 mg with strong coffee (no sugar) with a light breakfast.  Exercise:  Lift the sandbags when I sit at my desk. Flex the heel when I am in bed. Driving is great. Preferably automatic. Have to get out of the house at least twice a week. Walking standing/standing not great. Finally, sleeping. No problem.  Unless a lot of walking/ standing during the day I take additional 25 mg Tramadol. Finally obesity. X-mas and New Year resulted in weight gain. Gravity is the enemy for all TKR patients! Solution loose weight. Eat less! My advice. That's what I am doing now. Best regards, Bangkok-Johnny
