My left leg being numb

Hi all,

My left leg being numb last two weeks. I feel like some weight on that area. I can feel the numbness if I gently but bit rapidly touch that area with my fingers. I'm 27 years old male. One of my friend told me, vitamin b12 deficiency might cause this. Since I'm vegetarian I have very limited sources to get b12. Is this normal? Do I need to see a doctor?

After 12 hours fasting, I got FBC report.

Hemoglobin 17.6 g/dl

Packed cell volume 47.5%

RBC 5.06 10^6/cu mm

Platelet count 215000/cu mm

WBC 6400/cu mm

Thanks.

Do you have any lower back issues like spinal problems. It causes numbness in a leg. It coukd be lack of vitamins d or b12. Best to get MRI if the lower spine.
