I just want to cry with pain. It feels like the pain start on my ovaries and goes all the way down to my leggs and ankles. I am fed up having pain waist down.. GPs are usuless. I don't know what to do. I can't even get an appointment. Anyone has got this? Any advice and suggestions by you lovely ladies would be hugely appreciated. Thank you

Sounds like ovarian cyst. I had awful pelvic pain and down the left leg. Fortunately I was able to get a vag ultrasound to confirm. It resolved in a few months. I have more cysts now but not as painful. I don't know what the solution is, however I think progesterone helps.

Thank you. I will try to get an appointment with a gp but till I see a gyno it will be a long wait. Last time I saw a gynocologyst she didn't even check me. She just went with the sonographer's report and happily signed me off. But I am not happy!

Can you take progesterone? Or is it all hormones you can't take?

Could well be an ovarian cyst so id def insist this os checked out, plus during the menapause hormones mucking around doenst help either, im always getting aching legs. Magneseum helped a lot with this. Getting worse with many finding too they cant get an appointment.   Hope you get this sorted and soon, shouldnt have to be suffering like this.

In full blown menopause and have found when i cut down on my sugar intake, including starch, and up my veggies the pain in my legs is minimal.

Hi ladies, I have been to my GP. 2 DRS examine me and they are concerned about An abdominal aortic aneurysm . I have been referred for an ultrasound. I am very worried to find out about it. I am in a shock! :0 sad

Gosh, sounds like something you should go to the hospital for pronto! How long do you have to wait for an ultrasound?

I was told I could have so many things but then testing always ruled things out. I'm hoping they'll find nothing with your test as well!

Good luck and keep us updated!

Dear Suzanne, both GPS looked concerned and said the they would mark my referral as urgent. But still I don't know what that means and how long it will take. Thank you for your support. I am.planning to call the gp to find out if my referral has gone to the hospital. I will keep you posted. Keep well

I'm guessing you aren't in the US?

Seems ridiculous for something that could be that urgent you'd have to wait for a referral. I guess the good thing is if it is something, they caught it, or it's going to be nothing.. praying for the latter.

I am in the UK. But I must admit I find it a bit odd that something they called urgent is not dealt today. They could have sent me to hospital today with a referal form.in.my hands. I checked their diagnose and it sounds very very scary. Thank you for showing care.
