My lower legs have been aching.

So about 2 days ago my legs have been hurting and I've been reading that is could be dvt and then I read that I could have bone cancer which is making everything worse for me. It comes and goes and the pain isn't that bad at all. But when I focus on it it gets worse.  Someone reassure me😭

    Hi you have muscle tension in your legs and they get worse when you fixate on the pain.l hope you are going to get treatment for health anxiety.Please don't Google as you are feeding your anxiety and Google is not a diagnostic tool.

    We all assume the worst when we have aches and pains. It's the anxiety taking over. It feeds off our fear. I would definitely see a doctor a rule out everything else. You will feel a whole lot better when it turns out to be nothing. Our brain can play tricks on us especially when under stress. Understanding this can really help. I hope you feel better.

      I know I need to stop googling it makes everything worse. I need to stop focusing on the pain aswell

    My left leg hurts I constantly think I have a dvt it hurts down to the sole of my foot Iv had blood tests to rule out dvt but still think that's what it is 😩

      So do iii. I worry so much about it when it's probably just muscle tension. And now my thighs hurt

    I have leg aches too it happens when ive been out all day, walking or standing & they usually start aching at night the pain is pretty moderate sometimes that I cant even sleep. Usually I try stretching my leg out or I make someone In the house stretch it for me while I lay down & I roll my ankle in circles as Im doing it, If not then I take an advil any OTC

      Lack of hydration can cause muscle aches and pains. Are you drinking enough? Not coffee, but water. Caffeine is a diarrhetic. Drink lots of water.

    Hi. I'm always getting similar pains...ive been told its muscle tension you do it without realising it....i was told to tense your feet for 10 second and slowly release do this then in your calf then tummy ect....please please don't google it im forever being told off by professionals as Google will always give you the worst possible answer.and feed your anixety even more...it wont be bone cancer for the fact the pain comes and goes my doctor said to me cancer just doesnt come and go...😊
