My mind is numb! Please help!

Hi guys!
Last two weeks I've been dealing with something like brain fog....
I feel like mind is numb, foggy and empty!
I sometimes can't think clearly! I can't make decision because I can imagine consequence! For example, I can't decide what I want to eat, because I can't imagine the taste of the food. Or during conversation, I sometimes have moments like I can't put myself into situation. I understand conversation but my mind takes it very shallow. Like I lost my mental pictures or feelings towards it...
I don't have much problem with memory but I just feel like my brain is numb, closed and unable to think clear and easy...
and sometimes, words don't go into my mind or I mess up words or letters...
It all started few hours after my MRI scan with contrast. I got it because I probably suffer from some kind of migraine with aura.
Actually I have very bad health anxiety and I used to have panic attack! And this brain fog causing me more anxiety!
I'm always anxious about brain tumor, MS, epilepsy, schizophrenia, dementia and I observe my self too much!
I had MRI, CT, EEG, a lot of blood test done! Everything come up fine! (I just have less vitamin D, but I'm taking pills now)
I'm 21 years old female. I diagnosed with panic attack and anxiety! But I also have OCD, and now a little depression...I'm on my PMS now and I have mild migraine with strong aura...
What can cause my brain fog?? I can't observe it and focusing on it!

My brain does this as well. im 18
my brain can tell something is wrong only because of consequences that will occur, but my feeling or emotion towards that topic has been zapped.
ex i could get a thought to eat plastic, and i know im not suppose to eat it but the reasons why and my feelings towards that thought arent there. I just know its not food

I had all of your same symptoms starting in my 20s. I thought I had MS, etc. My testing was all normal. I want you to know that symptoms related to anxiety cannot hurt you. I know how scary they are believe me! But if you’ve had the testing and it was OK, try to relax your mind because if you don’t, the symptoms will stay and sometimes get worse. That’s because when you are anxious you are telling your brain that something is wrong so it sends out adrenaline which increases the symptoms.
I’ve had the brain fog and it’s all part of anxiety and stress. it’s called depersonalization or D realization. The brain tries to protect you from anxiety so it kind of shuts the world out .
Everything you are describing can all be related to stress.
i’ve had bad anxiety since I was six years old for no apparent reason. Just wired that way. And I know how terrible it feels. But what you have to do is get in control of it as much as you can. It may never go away permanently but you can lessen the symptoms and feel more peace of mind.
I I did speak with a counselor who can help with anxiety management. I stopped living in fear of my symptoms which greatly reduced them., Now if I get one here or there I basically ignore it and it diminishes or goes away. I also listen to great meditations on YouTube for anxiety, stress, sleep, and a very important one is proper breathing.
IF YOU FEEL PANICKY SEARCH YOU TUBE FOR " Stop panic attacks now" it’s short but very effective in getting in control! Are you staying busy in your life? The more you sit around and think about symptoms the worse they get. Stay active, get some exercise, listen to the meditations,. SLOW your mind down.
Don’t let this control you! You have to turn your thinking around such as “I can handle this this is OK.“
s sorry this is long but basically I just wanted you to know that you can change this and manage it. Take care!
