My mother had an episode of PSVT on feb 2018. Her Heart beat at that time was 242b/s.

Since than she had two minor episode of that. So should be go for RFA procedure or not.?

    I’d recommend it yes, I had the same psvt at 240 and the ablation got rid! Not the worst procedure to go through but that’s my experience of it.

    I did though still have another arrhythmia left behind that couldn’t be ablated so I still have an at risk tachycardia with ectopic beats - frequency varies day to day, week to week.
