My mother scratch her all over her body

It has been about a year that sometimes my mother scratch her body so bad and i can see something like insect bites on her body.

She visited lots of doctors and none of them could help.

And my last hope was doctors from another countries so I found this website.

When my mother scratch her body I can see red area ( as I said sth like a insect bites) all over her body even near her eyes or lips ,and they really looks puffy

All of those things happens about every week

And sorry for bad English it’s very hard to me explain sth in a foreign language

I just don’t know what to do?
I want to help my mother and it would be very nice if anyone can help me or help me find someone who can help me

  What country are you in? At the top of the page on the site I have given you, there is the opportunity to translate into several different languages, perhaps yours is there.
  You can have a look at photos & see if there is anything that looks like your mother's problem.
