My neck and back won't stop cracking

Posted , 2 users are following.

Hello, I have been suffering for around 4 months now with dizziness and headaches on and off. Recently, it's not been too bad. However, I have started noticing that every time I move my neck, it cracks- although it almost relieves the strain on my head and shoulders. I've now started cracking my back; from habit really. I'm not sure what this means and how to stop. I'm not particularly active, though I am careful in what I eat and am attempting to lose weight to see if it is a factor of my headaches and dizziness.

    Try this:

    Look up Yoga Breathing and do 5 or more when you are tense;

    Get a Shiatsu Neck Massager...Model # LY-580A+1 from Amazon and use in morning or before bedtime.

    I have tense neck muscles too from a miriad of reasons and these two regimes work well.

    Muscles get too tense and nerves get pinched. Got to keep the muscles limbered up.

    Running and Yoga help as well.

    Hope these help you.

    Thom
