My partner seems to get getting fobbed off for back issues, I am at wits end.

My partner bought a new mattress this time last year and found she has been having upper back pain causing restless nights. Multiple mattresses have been tried for over 60 days per mattress, so we know it is not the mattress.

She has seen an Osteopath, however they were unable to do anything for her, other than provider her to do exorcizes (Yoga typically). which she has been doing faithfully. Additionally the Osteopath has referred her for an MSK which we were hoping for a MRI scan to see what is going on.

In the meantime, she has had a blood test which came back with no problems.

She has been to the MSK today, and they performed some mobility / flexibility tests, talked about history i.e. results of blood tests, and shown Osteopath findings. MSK suggested more exorcize and painkillers due to "it's inactivity". The shocker here is, she has been exorcizing and on painkillers since Sept, and it has not made a difference.

In my view, she needs that MRI as she cannot go on like this. It is causing her serve exhaustion she cannot even look for a new job.

I am planning on demanding the scan as well as a second opinion, as I am sure this specialist is full of it.

I need solutions...
