everyone is unique, some guys are much later bloomers, some are growers shome are showers, some dont finish growing till late 20's, eben things like weight can make tou look bigger or smaller: dont damage yourself by being self conscious about it, just respect your body and the time it takes to develop, most guys are deluded about penis size and give it far too much importance, some people are never satisfied and think they need to be the biggest person to be happy, a truly happy person is someone who learns to be greatful and happy with what they have and not be obsessed about being bigger. if you cant learn to respect your own body, whatever size and shape and respect the time it takes to develop then you will actualy cause yourself real psychological problems. when you are a teenager you are overly concerned about such things, you need to be told not to worry, dont focus on those things as you will only cause yourself to develop a bad mindset, love your body, focus on being healthy and that is the best thing for your penis, dont compare yourself to others, be patient and respectful of what you have and the natural process of the body which is different for everyone. some peoples penis develop fast, but go bald when they are 20, some are big and muscly but have the mental age of a child so everyone develops in some ares fast and others slow, some people look youthfull for a long time some look old and balding at 25. just put your mind on worthwile things accept that you are a teenager and hormonal and you dont have the maturity to respect your body enough yet, so you need to respect your body and its natural process.

Seems some guys have a growth spurt there before puberty, other's are after. Don't worry about it much, just that it all works as it should is the main thing. I'm sure it'll grow in time.
