hello thanks for the response, but do you think i should wait a few days or weeks to consult a medical professional? Or is it serious and should i immediately consult a medical professional? plus i had a fungal infection on my glans before , so i was given some daktarin miconazole cream. should i use this now or not? thx...

If it is not causing you any trouble like itching, burning, pain etc then it shouldn't be anything serious. But why take a risk... It would be best if you see a doctor early and get it treated right away. They have creams for everything. The antifungal cream you have will work on it only if it is a fungal infection.
Goof luck.

It would be difficult to understand how you would have a reaction like this in such a short period of time - most things like this develop over a period of years.
If this was nothing like this 2 or 3 weeks ago then you may have a reaction going on to something that is in contact with the skin.
Have you been using the miconazole cream immediately before this began? How long have you been using the miconazole?
As this is likely to be the most active thing that has been in contact with the skin on the head of your penis you may have a reaction to it, or there is something else that has potentially combined with it to create what you have now.
As Amarjeet says, it would be best if you contact a doctor now - if this remains long-term you would be best to see a Dermatologist

also i forgot to mention that last summer i had penis pains and scrotum pains so i visited the doctor. From the doctor i was prescribed miconazol cream which i used for seven days. after seven days i ceased to , however recently i have used it for two days. But i discontinued using it because i didn't know if the cream was the right treatment. shall i keep using it?

So as Amarjeet has already stated, the antifungal will only work if you have a fungal infection - the essential is knowing what has caused this in the first place.
For a doctor often they will take an educated guess based on your relevant history to the condition you have - such as whether you are sexually active, have regular unprotected sex, what your personal hygiene is like - that kind of thing, then prescribe the medication (s) that are most likely to treat what you are most likely to have.
I find it difficult to believe that the reaction you have has developed in a relative few days - this is most unusual
As Amajeet also states you need to see the correct medical professional about this - this would be either a Urologist, or a Dermatologist who specialises in Genital Skin Conditions, The easiest way to access either of these is by contacting the largest provider of GU Medicine Services in the area or region in which you live
I am guessing you are in the UK, so these services are known as GUM Clinics - I would find which is the largest General Hospital in your region, find the GUM Clinic phone number an enquire whether you can get a face-to-face consultation.
You can do an online search using the term: " GUM Clinic near me " - then pick the largest hospital, or ring any and ask which is the major GU service in your area
