Sorry for the discharge term. I thought it means sperms letting out after masturbation. There are to pus by the way

Can you just clarify what you mean by " There are to pus by the way " ?
You do really need to get this checked by a medical professional - while what you say is that this has no link to sexual activity, and therefore that is one good point, this looks way to serious for you to try to deal with on your own ......

Can you access a Medical Professional, or is this not a possibility for you?
I think you may well have a severe condition, this needs to be treat with the correct medication as soon as possible. While there could well be a simple explanation for what you have - that is, it may not be anything serious - it MAY only be very unusual. You should not take the risk with your health and get this checked-out by a Doctor or at a GUM Clinic at a General Hospital !
