My penis has shrunk massively 18 years old

About 10 months ago my penis shrunk for about 3 days, like a cocktail sausage it didn’t change size at all despite it being about 30 degrees outside in summer. It had a weird tingling feeling almost like it wasn’t attached to me. And since it has not returned properly, before this happened flaccid length was about 4.5 inches and girth 4inches, now it is about 3 inches with a girth of 2.5-3. I am severely depressed as a result of this, it’s like the world has just slapped me in the face for no reason. I’m 18 years old... I no longer have any morning erections or random erections either. I can’t use public urinals or shower in the gym anymore. I’ve also noticed what the doctor has believed to be a variocele in my balls that I am having a scan on soon, it’s fairly large. I often have pains in my penis and balls, sometimes quite painful like a dull ache and sometimes sharp. I feel like a little boy again, I have no confidence and this has given me extreme anxiety, I’m having suicidal thoughts although I know i wouldn’t do that but that is the level it is affecting me to. I also have blood on toilet paper after passing a stool. I am so worried this won’t go back to normal, I feel messed up right now, I don’t even have confidence around my girlfriend although she doesn’t care I can’t help it and it is impossible to ignore 
I lift weights 4/5 times a week, I don’t use steroids or anything. Blood tests say my t levels are normal so I have no idea what could be up!! I’m also going to university soon and although I am with my girlfriend we have both said we don’t know if we’ll be together through out so how on Earth am I going to have the confidence to meet other people? My erections are less thick but the length is still good, but the lack of girth while erect is crushing me and the baby size penis while flaccid is the worst. I quite frankly don’t won’t to live anymore. I’m hoping the doctors can sort me out, this has been the worst thing that could ever happen to me. Nobody understands and there is nobody I can relate to, please say someone has some knowledge on this sort of thing. I’m thinking it could be circulatory but I have no idea, I hate my life and myself. I’m fit and healthy too, I’m not diabetic and so on. What is happening to me? It really does feel like the world hates me right now. I wake up every morning and feel depressed seeing it when I urinate or in the mirror. Help please

As a man, I completely understand how you feel, to a degree. When my penis looks smaller than normal, it's a knock to my self esteem too. I can't say I've had the same experience, because I haven't. But I know how much of a bummer it can be when my flaccid size betrays my erect size. But anyone who knows anything knows flaccid length means nothing when it comes to erect length. But let's get something straight here. The world has nothing to do with your penis. What is happening to you is not a punishment for anything. Stuff like this happens. It's possible your penis is retracting back into your abdomen a little when flaccid. It happens. But being suicidal because of it? You really need therapy, like immediately. Men have had their penises cut off and not become suicidal. Men live with a micropenis just fine. But most importantly, the size of a man's penis has nothing to do with his value as a human being. I'm probably the last man who should be saying this, because I've used the size of my penis to attract women and have been treated like a stud for it, but take my words at face value as they are the truth. And please, speak to a therapist and don't make any rash decisions. Just remember your penis has nothing to do with how the world sees you (unless you are a porn star) and it doesn't get you a job (unless you are a porn star) or fame and fortune (unless you are a porn star). Who you are is not limited to what is in your pants, and the size of your FLACCID penis should not be dealing such a cruel blow to your self worth.

Bro this is crazy because im literally in the same situation as you. Im also 18 and im going through the same exact thing. Even the suicidal part. You're not alone bro. I went from having a above average size to where i am now, barely hitting 5.5. I know it feels terrible bro. I went to the doctor and urologist. My testosterone seems to be fine and everything is okay according to them. Im really glad to know that im not the only one that this is happening to.

bro please reply i know im late but im 17 and suffering from the exact same problem i use to be well above average but i've noticed ive lost size in length and girth and now about 5.5 this has happened very recently and im wondering is it cause i masturbate too much or what and is it fixable please tell me it is and that youve gotten better

Hey man, I've just read your post, and can relate, not in the same way exactly, but i have an annoying bump on my penis that doesn't seem to go away. I got really nervous when talking to girls because i don't know how they will react when they see it. What i realized is they really don't care man, I PROMISE. When we have things change in our body, we tend to really overthink them and let them control our lives, but truth is no-body has a perfect body, not even instagram models. Im not sure what is going on medically (im only 17 years old) but...i can tell you that how ever big of a deal you think it is, it really isn't. Oh let me also mention, vaginas can be all sorts of messed up, but when you go down on your girl, do you really look or even care...NO. Trust me man, there could be much bigger things to worry about. I hope you follow up on my comment, I am curious to see how you are doing, and most importanly, "it is what it is."

I know I'm 2 years late to reply, but let me tell you I'm going through the exact same thing. It's been this way for like a few months even. I truthfully believe it's porn addiction, and porn induced erectile dysfunction. I just started NoFap just a few days ago and I'll try to remember to come back to this in like a week.
Is there any chance you found a cure for this? I'm just really f*****g scared because I used to have like a pornstar sized erection and now I need porn to get a sad excuse of an erection.
