Even after googling, I don't quite understand this.  What were you rubbing your shaft with when you got the little cut?  Is the cut visible in the middle of the 4th image you posted?  If not, then how close to the glans (the helmet or bell end) was the little cut, and how many mm was it?  Where did you apply the hydrogen peroxide, how strong was it, was it liquid or in a cream, how much did you apply, and how often?

cut was not much deep..dont know how i got that cut but it is most probabily while sleeping i may rub it with my jeans..i have noticed when i feel littl pain so suddenly i have applied pure hydrogen per oxide one time only

after a week cut was heal nd everything is normal but after some days again i feel pain on my shaft then i have noticed my sides are fully dry and due to dryness there were cuts producing on my shaft then i have started to put olive oil on it ..after applictaion of oil drynes got away..but my skin from sides are so weired now it is clearly shown in pictures that skin from sides is thin rest of other and when i apply watr it seems to be normal but when it dry off my skin become rough so rough it seems that some thing is covering my skin and producing roughness

I'm not a medic, but it doesn't look like an infection.  Could be a reaction of mucosal tissue to the peroxide.  In your position, I'd get a GP to look at it, but I'm not sure there's going to be anything they can do.  Maybe there's some kind of cream they could recommend/prescribe?  Good luck!
