Peyronie’s disease and ageing are also responsible for ED problems. Curved penis can not maintain proper blood flow and create problem in sex.
psychological stress is related with the sympathetic nervous system that can render the same effect as the cold shower affecting erection.

First off, turn off caps-lock... In all honesty and not to be a dick, but it makes people not want to help you. You can clearly see the caps when typing lol.
Look into pelvic floor stretching. Does your pelvic floor ever feel tight? do you have any spinal issues? Are you overweight? These can all be potential causing factors. If you don't have the money to see a doctor, I recommend starting with some Pelvic floor stretching (search on google). Gotta be dedicated, not just 30 second stretches once a day. Give it atleast 3 weeks, see if you see any results. You can use heating pads or boil water and put it in a bottle to heat the pelvic floor between balls and butt hole before and after stretching.
If you are significantly overweight, this could easily be the cause. Your body isn't made to support obesity. My best guess is Pelvic floor tightness so don't just skip over this. I've seen many people on forums that have sensitivity loss and hard flaccid penis where it sucks in and won't get hard all due to tight pelvic floor. The nerves in your penis run through the pelvic floor and would be directly effected. That being said, if you are overweight, that in itself can cause pelvic floor issues.
The spinal thing is less likely but still definitely a possibility. If you have any protrusions in your lower back or pain, that would be your clue.
