my report says i have 5/6 fibrosis i have autoimmune hepatitis should i be worried

My Dr report say I'm 5/6 fibrosis I have autoimmune hepatitis

    I have 5.8 and have been told it isn't a problem until 11. My consultants won't even consider any treatment till that point. Bit weird I think that there has to be a given degree of damage before treatment, simply because of expense.
