My right ear feels blocked and full

I've had this problem now for nearly a year. I am under an ENT doctor who has been very good, but doesn't know what it's caused by. It's not fluid so I can't have a gromit. I've had an MRI which showed nothing. I take nasal sprays and sinus rinses which don't help. I'm at the end of my tether, does anyone have any idea on what this could be and how I can get rid of it please ???

I have the same problem as you. It has been 14 months. Two ents told me to live with it. I now have tinnitus which is a new symptom. I have used nasal sprays but nothing works either. Have you had a nose scope? Keep fighting ... Hope we all get better soon. Take care

Could it be pressure? Not from fluid, but from something else maybe? Like an unresolved ear infection or something. There's no other symptoms?

Hi,  Have you tried hydrogen peroxide? I have the same thing you have and it came and went came and went came again and I went to the Doctor this last time. I use the decongestent, the nose drops, and antibiotic. (Doctor perscription)

I also used swimmers ear stuff over the counter, garlic oil with lobula and mullein drops from the health food store, mouth drops of oil of oregano, and vinegar in the ear.

What I find works best is the hydrogen peroxide. It bubbles crazily for a long time but in the end I use a qtip because of the itching sensation and it slowly clears out whatever is in my ear. I am still battling the issue for the third time. I get rid of it but it decides to come back!
