My right knee is cold after a bike fall

4 days ago i was biking in the park and had a accident in which i fell-down of my bike into concrete, my right arm's elbow is scraped and i banged my knee on the concrete
https://prnt.sc/i8aihy
I did made progress, in the first day i couldn't even walk and its structure was bruised; second day there was less bruising but i could already walk; yesterday the bruising is less and but still exists; now today i made a 4 km walk normal slow pace some minor bruising and every climb was a bit annoying but what made me scared is the fact that i have a strange coldness in my right knee so i don't know if i hit a nerve, or torn or sprain the acl (i can bent the leg 90 degrees so it cant be acl torn or sprain?), i'm a 24 male and i love cycling so i try to keep myself active as possible but i'm kinda scared that i might damaged something irreversibly.
If someone could help me out i would appreciate it

Professional just to make sure it’s nothing more than a sprain

wknight Thanks so much for taking the time to help me out but i'm looking for a feedback before taking any action, i have my college tuition to pay so getting a medical appointment will cost me a lot of money and a MRI even more so money isn't something flowing in so i just wanna make sure if its a permanent serious issue or something that can be cured at home easily.

you must be in the USA where people seem to not want free health care!! you dont need an mri. A quick exam by a doctor (i guess US ones have forgotten how to examine a patient) they can usually tell if its a sprain or something more serious. Its a 10 min consultation here. You haven't given enough information and its very dangerous to go with internet diagnosis. Best of luck, but no good paying college tution if you have injured yourself.

You are right about that, although it still hurts on the touch and there's a minor bruise but even on the first day i didn't felt the cold... the swelling only came 30 minutes after the impact but either way if its permanent the harm is already done and it won't change the damage but you are right about that so if this won't get better (the cold sensation) in about 2 to 4 days i will visit a orthopedic doctor. Thanks :D
