My saliva has become thick and sticky, and...

Hi. I started taking amlodipine (5mg) this past December. After about a month, my saliva began getting sticky, and the stickiness is now driving me crazy. I don't seem to have any other issues with the medicine and I'm not absolutely certain the amlodipine is causing the thick saliva. Neither my general practitioner (who prescribed the medicine) nor my ENT specialist seems to think the amlodipine is the culprit. But they don't have any helpful advice or a solution for my problem, either.

Has anyone else had a problem with thick, sticky saliva?If so, do you have any advice?
