my semen seems infected help pls

about two months ago or so my semen was yellowing green and some days a reddish color and it went away after a couple of weeks but for the last couple days it seems like the yellowish green is coming back and from what i read it might be a prostate infection but i was wondering if anyone might be able to guide me to a certain diagnosis before i potentially waste money at the doctor. i also sometimes have a shooting pain in my a**hole and penis a couple times a day. image

We need more information, like your age, if you're sexually active (with a partner), and any medical history. Are you having any sort of urinary frequency or hesitancy? From the pain etc.. it sounds like Prostatitis. Anymore symptoms?

Yeah, then it sounds like Prostatitis. Odds are it's only bacterial since you're 22. Just go to a urologist and he should give you antibiotic (most likely Cipro) to take for a month and you'll be good to go!
