Sorry to hear that you are feeling the way you are feeling. Are you taking iron pills to help with the anemia or even eating iron enriched vegetables? Which surgery did you have? Did the nurse get back to you?

Nope they never called me back smh😒. Yeah i'm taking Ferrous sulf iron pills but i sometimes don't take them. I don't really eat veggies or fruits. I had an open myomectomy which i was told they were going to try doing a laparoscopic myomectomy first but they didn't😬. What surgery did you have?

I ended up having the uterine fibroid embolization. I had 4 fibroids with the largest being 13 cm. My fibroids have shrunk, but not sure if they are gone (no money for the follow-up MRI). I will see a gyne next month and find out his opinion.
I was taking iron supplements prior to the surgery, so that was helpful. I do not take as much as the doctor told me because I had difficulties with digestion. I eat the green veggies when I can. My iron count is improving, and will see next month if the anemia is "gone".

Yes, I remember the glue, and glad that was all it was for you.Β I had a 2 week follow-up after my procedure, at which point, I had asked the doctor what the gunk was on my leg.Β They certainly use a lot of glue, but it washes away slowly so all is good.
Have you been feeling better now?Β Β Have a pleasant week.
